Return Eligibility

Items may be returned within 30 days of purchase, provided they are in their original condition, unused, and in their original packaging. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

• Items that have been used or damaged
• Items not in their original packaging
• Items that have been personalized or customized
• Items purchased more than 30 days ago

Return Process

To initiate a return, please contact us with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with return instructions and a return authorization number.

Steps to Return

1. Contact us via email or phone to request a return authorization
2. Package the item securely in its original packaging, if available
3. Include the return authorization number with your return
4. Ship the item to the address provided in the return instructions

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item was defective or we made an error in your order. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same item, send us an email and we will provide instructions.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven't received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you've done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us.
